Sylvia C. Powers, 83, of Paris, Tenn., died Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Henry County Healthcare Center.
Sylvia was born Saturday, April 30, 1938, in Henry County, Tenn. She was preceded in death by Mavis Pearl Crews, on March 25, 1999.
Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at McEvoy Funeral Home. The graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2022, at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Emily Walker, of Bethesda United Methodist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church, will preside over services.

She is survived by a special cousin, Sherry Paschall, of Puryear, Tenn. Sylvia is also survived by her special caregivers at Northwest TN Development District and Public Guardianship Program in Martin, Tenn. including: Sherol, Joan, Becky, and Jackie.
