Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation are at the scene of a double-shooting at 375 Pineview in the Russwood Shores area. Paris Police officers are at the Henry County Medical Center with families of the victims, Frey said.
Sheriff Josh Frey told RadioNWTN at 10:30 a.m. that they are “still in the preliminary stages” of the investigation into the shootings. He could not provide information on the condition of the victims.
Scanner traffic earlier this morning indicated the caller heard shouting and then gunshots. Family members rushed victims to the hospital and were met in the area of Richardson’s Body Shop on Hwy. 79N by the Henry County ambulance which took them the rest of the way to HCMC.
Frey said more information will be released as available.
