Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man is being held in the Henry County Jail on $250,000 after his arrest Thursday for aggravated rape.
Robert Lewis Eubanks, age 51, is charged with aggravated rape involving a minor female. He is set to appear in court April 12.
Eubanks was arrested by Paris Police Investigator Jamie James on the charge, which stems from an investigation which began April 5.
