Debra Taylor, 62, of Paris, Tenn., died Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at her residence.
She enjoyed horses, spending time with her grandchildren, and shopping.
Debra was born July 6, 1959, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Robert Colley and the late Helen Laycook Colley.
She was married in 1976 to Emmett Taylor, who survives, of Paris.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by four children, Kim (Chris) Duberg of MI, Victoria (Alan) Presson of Paris, Kevin (Melissa) Taylor of Paris, and Austin (Megan) Taylor of Paris; one sister, Mary (Clayton) Rhoades of Paris; three brothers, Robert (Gail) Colley of MI, Charles (Sally) Colley of MI, and Larry (Lela) Colley of MI; six grandchildren, Daniel Bowden, Ashley Jones, Kirsten Jones, Aden Taylor, Colton Taylor, and Mason Taylor; and one great grandchild, Bentley Bowden.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Teresa Hurt, Sherry Elliotte, and Cindy Watson.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, Tenn., 38242. The body is to be cremated.
Memorial visitation will be Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with the memorial service beginning at 6:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
