Paris, Tenn.–The Carl Perkins Center will hold an open house at its new location on W. Washington St. in Paris from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 8.
Henry County Mayor John Penn Ridgeway will read a proclamation and there will be a ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m.
The new location is adjacent to Paris City Hall.
