Paris, Tenn.–Grove Interact members helped the Paris Rotary club distribute trees purchased by area residents for Tennessee Tree Day on Saturday.
The Paris Rotary Club picked up, separated and pre-bundled over 600 trees pre-ordered by 40 individuals, then established a pick up point at the East Wood church of Christ parking lot on Friday and Saturday.
The Interact Club and Paris Rotarians helped with the project. Rotarian President David Jackson said, “Rotary is all about service and this is a project that serves everyone. It gave us a service project that introduced service to the Grove students and helped with the statewide Tennessee Tree Day 2022.”
