Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man was arrested this week on five counts of statutory rape of a minor by an authority figure.
Kila K. Palmer, age 49, was arrested by Paris Police and was arraigned before General Sessions Court Judge Vicki Snyder. He is out of custody on $100,000 bond set by the court.
According to court documents, the incidents occurred between September and December of 2021.
Palmer is set to return to court on June 6, 2022.
