Puryear, Tenn.–A Puryear home was destroyed by fire Sunday morning.
The home, at 955 Paschall Lane, was a total loss. Puryear Volunteer Firefighters were called on a report of a structure fire.
Puryear Fire Chief John Walters told RadioNWTN that his department was called at 9:40 a.m. and the home was fully engulfed when they arrived.
No one was injured in the blaze; the residents were not home at the time of the fire, he said.
Mutual aid was provided by the Cottage Grove Volunteer Fire Department and Paris Fire Department.
