Jearline Joy West, age 92, of Hillsboro, MO, formerly of Dresden, TN, passed away Monday, February 28, 2022.
Jearline was born in Dresden, TN on March 18, 1929, to the late Linnie Lee Matheny McRee and the late Curtis Jackson McRee.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, J.C. West; a daughter, Angela D. West; and her sister, Eva Jean McRee West.
Jearline is survived by six children, Glendol West of St Louis, MO, Linda Wear of Barnhart, MO, Gary West of Columbus, MS, Randy West of the Phillipines, Teresa Wright of Desoto, MO and Jana Casteel of Hillsboro, MO. She was the beloved Gigi of many grandchildren and many great grandchildren whom she loved A-bushel and A-peck and A-hug around the neck.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, TN 38242. Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2022, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held, Friday, March 4, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home, with Brian Wimberley officiating.
Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery in Cottage Grove, TN.
