One Day To Go: Helping Hand Now At $371,684

Paris, Tenn.–With today’s total of $5,505 raised, the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now only some $8,500 away from breaking the record in money raised.

With today’s auction, the grand total is now $371,684.

Today’s items were donated by Lakeway Village and Mineral Wells Animal Clinic, with Junior Staggs as auctioneer.

Tomorrow is the last day of the annual auction and is Open to Anyone Day. Others donating tomorrow will be Phases to Freedom, A Place Called Home and Child Evangelism Fellowship.

The annual auction started January 10 and will continue through March 2, raising funds for over 80 local non-profit and service organizations.

Photos of items that are donated each day are posted on the “Henry County Helping Hand” Facebook page. Anyone who wants to bid on any item can describe the item or give the number of the item as posted on the Facebook page.

The auction is broadcast daily over WTPR 101.7 FM and 710 AM at 12:30 p.m. You can also listen on our website at www.radionwtn.com, where it is live streamed.
