
Paris, Tenn.–With the $4,991 raised today, the grand total raised in the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $339,011 with one week to go.
Today’s items were donated by Maplewood Baptist Church, Grace Episcopal Church and Peppers Automotive. Auctioneers were Noel Hatman and Jamie Orr.
Items for Friday will be donated by the Springville community, Doghouse Rescue, World’s Biggest Fish Fry, AHC and Henry Co. Republican Party. Auctioneers will be David Jackson and Darrin Thompson.
The annual auction started January 10 and will continue through March 2, raising funds for over 80 local non-profit and service organizations.
Photos of items that are donated each day are posted on the “Henry County Helping Hand” Facebook page. Anyone who wants to bid on any item can describe the item or give the number of the item as posted on the Facebook page.
The auction is broadcast daily over WTPR 101.7 FM and 710 AM at 12:30 p.m. You can also listen on our website at www.radionwtn.com, where it is live streamed.
