Pris, Tenn.–The Henry County UT Extension Office is offering a free 6 week “Take Charge of your Diabetes” class, beginning March 1st and will run each consecutive Tuesday from 10 – 11:30 a.m. Classes will be held at the Henry County UT Extension Office.
Take Charge of Your Diabetes is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life for people with diabetes. Through weekly sessions, the workshop provides support for continuing normal daily activities and dealing with the emotions that diabetes may bring about.
