Mr. Richard Newell Graham, 74, of Union City, died Monday at UC Baptist.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. James Episcopal Church with burial following in East View Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday at the church from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
