Helping Hand Radio Auction Now At $281,104

Paris, Tenn.–With the $1,308 raised today, the grand total for the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is now at $281,104.

Items donated today were from Country Club Estates/Nelson/Shady Grove; HCHS Cross Country, Paris Landing and resort areas and Wesley Living.  Auctioneer was Jamie Orr.

Thursday’s items will be donated by the Elkhorn community and the Friends of the Tennessee Wildlife Refuge. Auctioneer will be Noel Hatman.

The annual auction started on Monday and will continue through March 2, raising funds for over 80 local non-profit and service organizations.

Photos of items that are donated each day are posted on the “Henry County Helping Hand” Facebook page. Anyone who wants to bid on any item can describe the item or give the number of the item as posted on the Facebook page.

The auction is broadcast daily over WTPR 101.7 FM and 710 AM at 12:30 p.m. You can also listen on our website at www.radionwtn.com, where it is live streamed.
