
Reelfoot Lake, Tenn.–The body of the missing hunter from Florida was recovered last night at Reelfoot Lake.
Jamie Antonio Hall was in a group of five people who traveled from Talahassee to Reelfoot for a duck hunting excursion over the weekend.
They stayed at Cypress Point Resort, which was destroyed by the tornado Friday night. Two other members of Hall’s family were found deceased earlier.
Hall’s daughter Ashleigh posted on Facebook late last night: “Hey everyone, they found my dad’s body tonight. I thank you’ll so much for the continued prayers and support. I will keep your communities in my prayers and I pray that you’ll are able to recover I will not stop praying for your families through these difficult times.
I love y’all so much.
Thank you.”
As we reported Thursday, search efforts had been ongoing to Geaux Rescue, Lake County Sheriff’s Office, West Tennessee River Basin Authority and volunteers. Geaux Rescue is a search and rescue group from Alabama and Memphis.
