Union City, Tenn.–Obion County Mayor Benny McGuire recognized County Court Clerk Crystal Crain, along with Clerk and Master Paula Rice at a recent County Commission meeting. Crain was honored after recently being named Tennessee’s “Outstanding County Clerk”, while Rice was recognized for her 50 years of service at the Obion County Courthouse. During the presentations, both employees received a standing ovation from the Commission and those in attendance.
