Stewart County, Tenn.–The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office is advising the citizens of the county that the Grinch was seen crossing the Ned McWherter Bridge into Stewart County from Henry County.
The Grinch is currently on probation from the mischief he created in the county last Christmas season when he was taking peoples’ gifts, decorations and eating everyone’s Christmas treats.
Sheriff Frankie Gray said, “We do expect him to show up at places this year and while he may not be committing the larcenies he committed last year, he still will be trying to derail Christmas so please be on your toes. We will keep you posted on what he is doing and where he’s showing up.”
He was already seen at McDonald’s in Dover, hanging out with some of the older scrooges in the county. It is rumored that a couple of them offered to let him stay at their house this month.
