Paris, Tenn.–The Paris Parks and Recreation Department crews have been busy today installing the Christmas decorations at the downtown plaza. The decorations will include some new large ornaments, along with the big lighted Christmas tree on the fountain, lighted archway entrance and Christmas gifts.
