Paris, Tenn.–Manhole Manny will have a lot to ‘crow’ about through the month of October, as he is the winner of Best in Show of the 2021 Scarecrows on the Square contest in Paris. Manhole Manny is the creation of the Paris Board of Public Utilities. Other winners of this year’s contest are: Most Original, Vincent Van Crow from the Paris-Henry County Arts Council; Best Constructed Smithy the Surveyor from L.I.Smith & Associates; with Bethel University receiving Honorable Mention.
