Paris, Tenn.–Volunteers with JustServed finish putting up their Scarecrow for Scarecrows On The Square alongside ‘Vincent Van Crow’ from the Paris-Henry County Arts Council and ‘Manhole Manny’ from the Paris BPU, which were put up earlier. Today is the deadline for entries in the contest and judging is tomorrow morning. Cassie Weatherley of the Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce said there are 21 entries this year, with several new entries. The Scarecrows will remain up through the rest of October.
