Paris, Tenn.–Thanks to the Brown Sign Company, the ‘Welcome to Paris’ sign is now as good as new and back in place. The tornado which swept through the Tyson Avenue/Mineral Wells Avenue intersection this spring damaged the iconic sign (which is even more memorable with its placement under a giant catfish). City of Paris officials said after dealing with issues getting the right materials for repairs and a backlog of work, the Brown Sign Company repaired and placed the sign back in its rightful place.
