According to Union City Police, the men–Leonard Mack, age 52, and Ryan Smith, age 40, were arrested in the Walmart parking lot during a police sting Saturday. The police operation followed a investigation into the pair, who are charged with defrauding an Obion County resident out of $500,000 over the past ten years.
