Paris, Tenn.–Chef Andrew Yeomans of The Family Table in Henry cooked up a batch of ratatouille with Allie Paschall at the Henry County Fair Monday night. Cooking demonstrations also were performed by Sam and Hannah Hutson of Crove Foods of Cottage Grove and student cooks during the evening, which also included a Cruise-In and performance by Rockin’ Randall French.
