
Paris, Tenn.–A Carroll County man indicted by the Henry County Grand Jury in the death of another student in the parking lot of the Tennessee Center for Applied Technology in Paris has turned himself in.
Anthony Lee, age 20, of McKenzie, turned himself in to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Thursday and was later released on $50,000 bond.
In the original indictment, Lee’s address was listed as Gleason. A secret indictment was issued against Lee by the Grand Jury, which met July 6, 2021.
Lee was charged with vehicular homicide, reckless homicide and criminally negligent homicide.
According to a press release issued last week from the Paris Police Department, student Christopher Miller, age 19, of Big Rock, died after he fell from the back of a truck being operated by Lee.
