Paris, Tenn.–Brenda Valentine of Puryear–known as the “First Lady of Hunting”–carried the American flag around the stadium to open Cody Nance’s PBR event both nights at the Henry County Fairgrounds. There was a full house for Saturday night’s final evening of the two-day event, which featured professional bull riding, a patriotic recitation by John “Bo” Schneider, food trucks and concessions, mechanical bull riding, over 25 vendors, live band and fireworks. The event marked the first home-town performance by professional bull rider Cody Nance of Paris. Extra stands were brought in to the fairgrounds for the event and every ticket was sold.
