Paris, Tenn.–The Apex production company was hard at work Wednesday evening setting up the stage for the Oak Ridge Boys’ free concert in downtown Paris tonight. The semi truck transforms into a stage. Set up began around 7 p.m. and was complete around 10 p.m. The concert kicks off the four-day Tennessee River Jam and is set for 6 p.m. tonight.
