Camden, Tenn.–Tanner Hudson is all about giving back.
Fresh off his Super Bowl win with his fellow Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Hudson returned to his home town over the weekend to host the first-ever Tan Man Golf Tournament with proceeds going toward improvements to the Magic Valley Golf Club.
Adding to the excitement for participants: Hudson brought three of his teammates home with him: Quarterback Ryan Griffin, Justin Watson, and Cameron Brate. Also making the trip to the event was Barrett Renner, who was a teammate of Hudson’s when he played for Southern Arkansas University.
Another local champion who enjoyed the weekend’s activities was Professional Bull Rider Cody Nance who came with his wife Korie and children, who just happen to be big Buccaneers’ fans. The Nance family is from Puryear and Cody will be bringing a national PBR event to the Henry County Fairgrounds July 2-3.
Cody donated a shirt he wore in a PBR event for the silent auction and the successful bidder was Rachel Bradford of Camden. The tournament also included food catered by Apex Bank and door prizes.
