
Murray, Ky.–A Murray man is being held without bond in the Calloway County Detention Center on a charge of criminal attempt to commit 2nd degree murder out of Henry County.
David Todd, age 41, was arrested at 1 a.m. this morning by the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office after being contacted by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, which had an active warrant for his arrest.
According to information from the Henry County Sheriff’s department, the warrant was issued by Puryear Police Chief Dale Paschall. In Henry County, Todd also is charged with domestic assault, harassment, and violation of an order of protection.
Shortly after being contacted by the Henry County sheriff’s office, Calloway County Sheriff’s Deputy C. Keene located Todd. He was arrested, charged with being a Fugitive from Another State, and lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
