Martin, Tenn.–A Martin man who had been missing since May has been located.
The Martin Police issued a plea for the public’s help in locating James Irby, age 29, on May 24. Flyers were also placed in nearby towns, including Paris.
Police Chief Don Teal said Lt. James Hatler of the Martin Police has made contact with Irby and he is safe and unharmed.
“We would like to thank the public for their assistance with this matter,” Teal said. “There will be no criminal charges associated with this incident.”
