Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man is being held on $250,000 bond in the Henry County Jail after his arrest on child rape charges.
On May 26, 2021 Joshua D Peiffer, age 35, of 1725 Reynoldsburg Rd. was arrested by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office being charged with two counts of Rape of a Child and one count Aggravated Sexual Battery.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Tennessee Department of Children Services into allegations that Peiffer engaged in unlawful sexual conduct with a child less than 13 years of age.
Peiffer is being held in the Henry County Jail under a $250,000 bond pending arraignment in Henry County General Sessions Court on May 27, 2021.
