Paris, Tenn.–The city of Paris awarded Lynn Banks with the 2021 Public Works Employee of the Year designation at a ceremony yesterday. Banks works as an Equipment Operator in the Street Department.
Each year during National Public Works Week, the City of Paris Public Works Department recognizes one of its employees for outstanding service.
City Manager Kim Foster said, “We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to our Public Works Department for their untiring efforts to keep our City looking and functioning exceptionally well. From clearing snow and dealing with drainage issues in heavy rains to repairing potholes and picking up sanitation, these guys keep our City running smooth.”
