Murray Man Charged With Drug, Gun Offenses

Calloway County, Ky.–Deputies with the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office responded to Brooklyn Drive in Murray on a report of possible drug activity at 1:45 p.m. Monday and ended up charging three for drug and gun offenses. One man was arrested and two other people were cited.
Theodore “Frank” Kelly, age 30, of Murray, was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first degree trafficking of meth, trafficking marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alvin Rowe, age 22, of Murray, and Amber Amaro, age 31, of Aurora, were both cited for marijuana possession.
 Kelly was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
Calloway County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Murray Police Department during the investigation.
