UC School Officials Seek Public Input On 2021-22 School Year

By Mike Hutchens, UC Schools Communications Director

Union City, Tenn.–Union City School System officials are hopeful of some input.

With extensive planning underway for the 2021-22 school year, decision-makers in the UCSS are busy putting together particulars and are heavily involved in financial planning for the next school year, which will begin in August.

A short survey is available to parents with students at Union City Schools on the system’s website (tornadotouch.net). A brief listing of questions encourages suggestions and will also provide critical data for school officials to move forward in the process of obtaining federal ESSER funding.

The school survey can be found on the main page of tornadotouch.net, under “quick links,” and is entitled Safe Return to In-Person Instruction Survey.

All responses to the survey will be kept private.

The survey will be open until May 14.
