Fugitive From Arizona Held In Stewart County

Dover, Tenn.–A fugitive from Arizona was arrested by Stewart County Sheriff’s deputies during a traffic stop this week.

Lisa Marie Bandy, age 33, of Phoenix, was wanted on several charges out of Apache County, Arizona, including: Possession of Dangerous Drugs-Class 4 Felony, Possession of Narcotic Drugs-Class 4 Felony, Possession of Marijuana-Class 6 Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Class 6 Felony, Possession/Use of Prescription Drugs-Class 1 Misdemeanor.

According to the press release, Bandy also was using four aliases.

Deputy Jacob MacDonald stopped her vehicle on Hwy. 79 near Swift’s Sawmill due to erratic driving. Deputy MacDonald spoke with the driver of the vehicle and felt that something was suspicious based on her actions. After taking her information and running it on the computer many different ways he determined that she was wanted.

She’s now being held at Stewart County Detention Center for extradition back to Arizona.
