What’s Happening At KPAC? A Lot, That’s What

Paris, Tenn.–What’s happening at the Krider Performing Arts Center in Paris? A lot. There’s a full slate of events coming up at KPAC, which starts with the acclaimed Henry County High School Madrigals in concert Saturday, April 10.

April 10 – 2 PM or 6 PM.  Admission $10.  Henry County High School Madrigals in Concert. Tickets available at the door.

April 23 – 7:00 PM; April 24 – 7:00 PM; April 25 – 2:30 PM – Henry County High School Thespians present “Into the Woods.”  This fabulous musical is a modern twist on the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales in a musical format that follows the classic tales of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel-all tied together by an original story involving a baker and his wife, their wish to begin a family and their interaction with the witch who has put a curse on them..  For tickets, go to:  http://our.show/hchsintothewoods

Sunday, May 2 – 2:30 PM – Paris Big Band in Concert – Come hear the glorious sounds of Big Band Music, plus a bit of jazz thrown in there for fun!  The Paris Big Band, under the direction of Michael Holden, will thrill your ears with smooth sounds from the Golden Era!  Admission is Free!  Donations are Accepted and Very Much Appreciated!

Friday, May 14 – 7:00 PM – KPAC Young Artists HarmoniX in Concert  – Come hear HarmoniX, KPAC’s own acapella vocal group for young people.  Admission is $5.00 per person.

Saturday, May 15 – 3:00 PM – KPAC Young Artists Theatre presents BUGZ!  Our youngest Young Artists, ages 5-9, present BUGZ!  The Bugz are going on a picnic, and everyone is thrilled…..that is until they find out the stink bug wants to come, too.  Oh no!  Whatever will they do??  You’ll have to see the show to find out.  Admission is $5.00 per person.

May 22 – The Golden Sounds of the Platters in Concert is canceled.  We are so sorry.

SATURDAY, June 12, 2021 at 7:00 PM – TRAVIS LEDOYT – WORLD’S BEST YOUNG ELVIS – IN CONCERT – All Seats $27

Krider Performing Arts Center’s Touring Artists Series brings TRAVIS LEDOYT who is heralded as the World’s Best at portraying young Elvis Presley in his prime during the ’50’s and and ’60’s.  His uncanny resemblance to the “King of Rock and Roll” has audiences gasping when the takes the stage.  Once he begins to sing and dance, fans are truly captivated by the authenticity of LeDoyt’s performance, even garnering high praise from those who knew Elvis personally.  Sold Out shows and repeat engagements around the world further attest to LeDoyt’s impeccable ability to capture the very essence of “The King” and leave fans wanting more.
