Huntingdon Traffic Stops Yield Guns, Drugs, Money

Huntingdon, Tenn.–Four people were arrested after a traffic stop in Huntingdon which yielded a variety of drugs including heroin, fentanyl, osycodone, THC, and ecstasy, a handgun and over $12,000.

Officers involved with the arrest were: Sgt. Brad Allen, Patrolman Mike Verner, Commander Johnny Hill and Drug Investigator Joey Hedge.

Among the drugs are what is believed to be marijuana, heroin, adderall, xanax, fentanyl, THC wax, codeine, oxycodone, and ecstasy.  Also seized with the narcotics was a 9mm handgun and $12,756.00.

Arrested were Fernando Marquez, Jonathon Esparza, Castillo Arellano, and Cesar Martinez. All four individuals had ID’s showing their residence to be in Blue Island Illinois.

In another recent traffic stop, officers from the Huntingdon Police Department found Schedule VI Marijuana, believed to be in excess of  170 grams, $3940 in cash, and a handgun and arrested Part of the drugs had been vacuum sealed. Arrested were Randy Weathers and Dekenba Bryant, both believed to be from Lexington.
