Dover, Tenn.–Spraying down a cardboard box full of marijuana with perfume did not fool Stewart County Sheriff’s K9 Borys.

Drug Interdiction K-9 Deputy Aaron Page and Borys have wasted no time in proving their worth as they have already made several arrest since hitting the road together, including an arrest Thursday.

After stopping the vehicle for speeding 75 in a 55 mph zone, Deputy Page suspected drugs were in the vehicle and after the driver refused consent, Borys was deployed and immediately indicated drugs were in the vehicle.
A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 1.25 pounds of marijuana and over $2000.00 in cash. The drugs were located in a cardboard box sprayed down with perfume but Borys was not deterred.
Arrest was O’Bryant Selmer, age 24, of Jackson.
Earlier this week, on Tuesday March 9th Deputy Page and Borys stopped and searched a suspicious vehicle in the Big Rock area and a search of the vehicle yielded approximately 1/2 gram of heroin. Arrest was made on Tricia Jenkins, age 50 of Dover.
