Union City, Tenn.–Tickets for Union City’s Class 1A boys’ sectional basketball game Monday night at MAHS (Memphis Academy of Health Sciences) will be on sale Monday morning at 8.
Game officials at MAHS have allotted UC fans 150 tickets to the contest that will tip off at 7 p.m. in Memphis.
Those tickets will be dispersed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The contest will be a rematch of last year’s sectional game, won by MAHS 41-28 at Marty Sisco Gymnasium.
Union City will be appearing in the sectional/substate round for the 22nd time in program history. The Tornadoes are 11-10 in those previous contests and last won on the road at this level in 2006 at Middleton on their way to the fourth of the program’s five state titles
