Martin, Tenn.–The Martin Police Department is investigating the theft of a car from a car lot Thursday evening.
Assistant Police Chief Phillip Fuqua released a police report which states a black Dodge Hellcat was stolen from the Martin Motor Co. around 7 p.m. Thursday night. The lot is located on Hwy. 45S.
According to the report, surveillance video shows the suspect getting out of a white four-door sedan on McClain Road and then walking to the business’ south side. The vehicle may have been a Nissan Altima.
The stolen vehicle is valued at some $47,000. Anyone with information is asked to call the Martin PD.
