Paris, Tenn.–Blood River Church Road in the Buchanan area will be closed beginning March 8th for bridge construction. This closure will be at the Red Top Hill Road intersection. For motorists traveling from Clayton Town Road, #1210 will be the last accessible address. Dale Cemetery Road, Red Top Hill Road and Blood River Church Road will also be accessible for those motorists. Detour signs will be installed for motorists traveling from Kentucky.
