Dresden, Tenn.–Weakley County Mayor Jake Bynum is advising everyone traveling in the county to be extremely careful of slick roads.
Bynum said, “Weakley County Government offices are open today. However, secondary roads, streets around our buildings, sidewalks, and walkways are EXTREMELY slick! For your safety, any business you have could probably wait until conditions improve. We are here and will be happy to try and assist you remotely. Please call 364-5414 for any questions or concerns.”
If you are scheduled to receive a COVID vaccine today, Bynum said, “be advised that the parking lot and drive will be difficult to navigate. We are working to clear this area first, but conditions and temperatures are making that effort challenging.”
