Paris, Tenn.–A large–and very cold–contingent of school and county officials was on hand this morning for groundbreaking ceremonies for the Henry County High School turf installation and track upgrade project. Some 40 people gathered at Bill Hudson Field, including Henry County Schools Director Dr. Leah Watkins, Football Coach James Counce, County Mayor John Penn Ridgeway, High School Principal Dr. Michele Webb, Athletic Director Mike Poteete, county commissioners, and school officials.
