
Buchanan, Tenn.–Much progress has been made recently with the ongoing construction at The Lodge at Paris Landing. The project is approximately 35 percent complete at this time, with completion is still on target for the fall of 2021. David Roberson, Director of Communications for the Tennessee Department of General Services, said, “Key efforts at this time are concentrated on steel erection, balcony construction, exterior sheathing, and interior wall layout. Additional work has begun for exterior mechanical slabs and footings. The project is approximately 35% complete at this time, with an anticipated construction completion in the fall of 2021, with fixture and furniture installation to follow.” The Lodge will consist of four levels and house 90 rooms.
