
Paris, Tenn.–Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Paris will host tonight’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day Service. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the service will be virtual and can be viewed at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Facebook page. It begins at 7p.m.
The service is organized by the Paris-Henry County Ministerial Alliance and the theme is “The Road to the Future of Civil Rights”.
The evening will include solos from Michael Parks and Patricia Wofford and a reading from Nicole Ellis.
Remarks will be presented by Paris Police Chief Ricky Watson and Henry County Sheriff Josh Frey.
Keynote Speaker will be James Benau, with Closing from Brother Andre Richardson.
