“Based on the weather conditions, TVA has agreed to postpone tonight’s planned outage for consumers served out of the Clinton, Kentucky substation. There will be no planned outage tonight.
“We are sorry for any confusion, but we are pleased that you and our other members will not be without power. When TVA reschedules its outage, we will let you know. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
