Dover, Tenn.–The Grinch has been released from Stewart County Detention Center, where he was taken after being apprehended on Christmas Eve. The Grinch had been disturbing the peace and attempting to steal Christmas gifts from homes and businesses. He worked his time off by working on the Litter Crew.
