Paris, Tenn.–Over $21,159 in toys was donated to the Toy Store sponsored this year by the Family Resource Center and The Shed and 98 children were served.
The Toy Store was created to help those children who are not served by other agencies.
Co-sponsors were the Paris Board of Public Utilities, Tennessee Valley Community Church, and the Sulphur Well Church of Christ.
Family Resource Center Director Becky Holland said, “Henry County Schools is so appreciative of these partnerships and the humble service of our community members. We’ve had agencies, groups, clubs, churches, and individuals donate toys and money to this project. Thank you for making it a Merry Christmas for the students of Henry County!”
