The Union City at Lake County basketball games scheduled for Saturday night at Tiptonville will now be a boys-only affair.
Reportedly, the Lady Falcons’ squad is now quarantined — due to COVID-19 — meaning they are unable to play the scheduled first game. The doubleheader was originally scheduled for Dec. 8, then moved to Dec. 14, then Saturday.
No date for the girls’ game to be played has been set.
The boys’ contest is slated to begin at 6:30 Saturday night. Tickets will be available for $6 each at the door.
UC’s girls are scheduled to play tonight at 6 at McKenzie. The Tornado boys will not play.
