
Calloway County, Ky.–A New Concord man was charged with several drug offenses after a traffic stop Monday.
Calloway County Deputy Sheriff J. Hamm stopped a passenger car on Kline Trail after observing several traffic violations. During the traffic stop, the deputy located suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested.
Andrew B. Rayburn, age 40, of New Concord was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence 2nd Offense, 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine (Class D Felony), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and several traffic related violations. He was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
