Multiple Agencies Raid Obion Co. Home, Recover Stolen Items

Union City, Tenn.–An Obion County man was arrested on charges of theft following a raid by multiple agencies at a local residence today.

Caleb Rice, age 36, was arrested at the scene at 684 Coon Williams Rd. and numerous stolen items were recovered.

Obion County Sheriff’s Office investigators and deputies, with assistance from the Tennesse Highway Patrol and Tennessee Highway Patrol Air Unit, raided the home on Coon Williams Rd.

The raid stemmed from an extensive and collaborative theft investigation with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, that included several search warrants, resulting in the recovery of numerous stolen items from both Obion County and Fulton County, KY.

Caleb Rice, 36, who evaded authorities for several months, by traveling back and forth across the State Line, was arrested at the scene. In addition, Rice was also wanted out of Fulton County, KY, on multiple felony charges.
